To earn the Venturing Advisor's Key, complete the following requirements:

1. Complete three years of registered tenure as a Crew Advisor in a 5 year period.
2. Earn the Venturing Crew National Quality Unit award 2 times.
3. Have a parent's night each year.
4. Complete Venturing Fast Start.
5. Complete Venturing Leader Basic Training
6. Conduct Crew officer's seminars in each of your three years as Advisor.
7. Conduct at least one Venturing Leadership Skills course for your crew.
8. Earn the Venturing Leader Training Award.
9. Attend at least 4 Venturing Roundtables or VOA meetings each year.
