Every year, the Venturing Officers Association puts on a service event that serves either a non-profit organization or the Scouting community at large.

For the 2005 Fall Activity, the GPC Venturing Officers Association, in collaboration with the Western Pennsylvania Orienteering Club, sponsored an orienteering event on Sunday, October 9, 2005 from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Boyce Park in Plum Borough.
