Anyone can subscribe and become a member of Seascout-Net by sending a message to listserv@seascout.org with any subject line and in the message place: subscribe seascout-net Your Name. Substituting your actual name for 'Your Name'. You will be sent a confirmation welcome mesage with more details. Please note that only subscribed members can post to the list.
